Suit came out great! Got my suit and Maddie at Indochino was SUPER helpful. She helped my father and brother-in-laws with their suits too. I got my suit from Indochino for my wedding and it looks fantastic and feels great!! Hope corporate sees this review because Maddie you are the best!!!

I had an issue with my jacket when it came to the house. Alan was extremely helpful and is having them remake the jacket. Totally satisfied with the way Alan handled our situation and we are great full for his professionalism. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This has been the worst buying experience of my life. I placed 2 orders totaling around $2,000 with INDOCHINO. I went down to their storefront and had measurements taken and placed my customizations. One order was never pushed through. The other order never had my measurements and customizations added to it. INDOCHINO now wants to tell me that I can cancel the order that is correct but not the order they THEY SCREWED UP! Their "customer experience" team has been no help whatsoever. DO NOT PATRON THIS COMPANY!

If you believe you are buying a custom tailored suit thinks again. The quality is not there, save your money and buy ready made suit. After two fittings the suit still doesn’t fit right. When you receive your suit from the tailor it’s all wrinkled and collected dirt from the tailor shop. At any rate It was a personal bad experience other people might have a better experience

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a tuxedo for my daughter’s wedding 3 months ago. Was delivered 5 weeks ago and the pants were too small. Wedding is now a week away and all I have is a bogus tracking number and the package hasn’t left china. No one at Indochino gives a damn and they lie for their overseas masters. Going to the showroom again tomorrow to see what they are going to do but have. Zero confidence. STAY FAR AWAY FROM INDOCHINO!!!!!

Employees were very knowledgeable and informative. Very quick and easy process. Suits were fit exactly right. Will definitely purchase again from the square one location.

Madison ave location (nyc) was great. I ordered a custom suit with full measurements and everything was made simple and easy.

Duranson was patient and informative.
Great expertise. Communicates well. This systematic process so far has been really easy.

Tuxedo was ordered through Nordstrom in Novi, mi. Sales person was rude condescending and looked at me like I was from a 3rd world country! Tuxedo was ordered on 3/30. Arrived at my house from China 11 days later. I was skeptical before I opened the box as to how a tux could be made to my measurements and ship from China in 11 days? Needless the Tuxedo does not fit, pants/jacket too small. To add insult to injury, the vest was mia. Sent several emails to indochino, no response. Called nordstrom to be sent into a loop of being on hold for almost an hour. Finally was connected to the less than professional salesman that did the measurements. Now I have to spend 3 more hours of my time taking it back to Nordstrom for them to try and alter it. The Indochino trademark is made to measure! I say BS. You would probably get better service at a Walmart

I received my suit, didn't realize they made them out of tissue paper. You can literally see through the pants.

Go elsewhere, these suits are garbage.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Their claim to custom made suits for you, ease of mind, no tailoring needed is absolutely false. Received my suit absolutely nothing fit. Tailoring for the suit was over 230 dollars. Jacket is so bad they can't even completely tailor. Remake process taking longer than the initial order. Had to go back to the tailor 4 times beacuse the keep asking for more information. They refuse to expedite the shipping and They refuse to give a refund. They won't have the remake suit shipped in time for my wedding so I am without a suit and out hundreds of dollars.Don't order from here

Indochino was so detailed with our measurements. We had an appointment set up for a wedding party and they closed the entire store for that time frame to get us all taken care of!

Very easy to schedule an appointment online. Easy to cancel by calling. Very professional and helpful staff who seemed to know how to take measures and recommend a fit. Selection for the price range is decent though not huge or very broad.

Do anything you can to avoid buying their awful suits. Its an open secret within the company that the online measurements do NOT work; the tailors we met with said so themselves. The proportions will be unbelievably awful with online measurements, no matter how good of a job you do measuring yourself. They will force you to go in to a store to get measured if those online ones fail, and good luck if you dont live in a city with an Indochino tailor. After traveling to a DIFFERENT CITY to get those measurements done, they will STILL find a way to mess up your preferences, and make you drive back to get remeasured even tgough the problem is entirely on their end.
The whole point of their business model is convenient online bespoke suits, but they fail in every way. In the end theyre MORE expensive than any typical local suit maker in your town, and the quality is ALOT worse.
